The QLFH series Marine Growth Preventing System (MGPS) control box utilizes multiple sets of independent constant-current control modules to energize and electrolyze the anodes (anti-fouling copper electrodes, anti-corrosion aluminum or iron electrodes) inside the seawater tank. This process generates anti-fouling and anti-corrosion ions, which disperse in seawater and spread throughout the entire seawater cooling piping system. It effectively reduces and prevents biological corrosion and electrochemical corrosion caused by marine organism adhesion in seawater pipelines, thus ensuring the normal operation of the seawater piping system.
This device is available in two installation methods: direct installation, and indirect installation with an additional electrolytic cell.
This device is suitable for anti-fouling and anti-corrosion of seawater tanks, filters, and piping systems that require seawater cooling, fire protection, and other applications on various marine vessels, mobile platforms, floating docks, etc.

The QLFH-01 series control box is available in two types: the standard QLFH-01A and the electrode wear monitoring QLFH-01B.
The standard type uses PCB integrated circuit control, with nixie tube current display and LED light alarm indication. The intelligent electrode wear monitoring type adopts PLC centralized control, with independent constant-current module output for each branch. It monitors the electrode usage in real time, and the touch screen displays the current and electrode wear percentage, allowing better tracking of the electrode operating status. For the control box, 2-channel, 4-channel, 6-channel, or 8-channel control modules can be selected as needed. The electrode diameter options are 80mm, 90mm, 120mm, and 150mm; the electrode length is determined based on the actual seawater flow rate.
